NeuroFlow had built a successful app delivering personalized, clinically-validated content to people managing their behavioral health. However, the interface had become dated and inconsistent. We reimagined the mobile app experience to match the quality of the service we were offering.

We began by rapidly iterating through potential visual approaches. I created concepts that deliberately pushed boundaries to help us discover what felt right for the project and what did not.
We developed our strongest style tiles into testable prototypes. I executed two concepts and mentored junior designer Cam Kelly on creating a third based on my tile.
We tested with both current users and others and gathered feedback from leadership, product, sales, and marketing to make sure we were solving the right problems.

Concept 3. Prototype designed by Cam Kelly based on my concept.
The design team synthesized the feedback into one unified direction. We collaborated to bring the strongest elements from each concept forward into the final prototype. (Screens shown reflect my focus areas.)
With a clear vision backed by user research and support across departments, we secured approval to move forward on implementing the redesign.
